Krisiann,

Congratulations on the degree and the move!

Finding work, particularly in this economic climate, will require a willingness to do anything just so you can get a foot in the door. Once in, if you can prove your worth, it won't take long to get to the level at which you believe you belong. Getting in is the trick and it may mean low pay/hours or grunt work that may not be particularly appealing. But do the job w/ pride and excellence and the rest will work itself out.

On the other hand, all those firms you mentioned were startups at one point and you can always go that route.

After doing some research, it seems like Wilmington hosts alot of really successful marketing firms...As a newly graduated Marketing major and a new Wilmington resident, does anyone have any advice for entering the job market?
